Welcome to the Cat Lounge!

To ensure a wonderful and safe experience for our guests and our feline friends, we kindly ask you to review our policies below.

General Guidelines

  • Purchase Requirement:  For cat lounge entry, we require each guest to purchase at least one menu item in addition to the fee. 

  • Reservations & Capacity: To guarantee your spot, we highly recommend booking online in advance. Walk-in guests are welcome based on availability and are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note our cat room accommodates a maximum of 18 guests per session (90 minutes which includes cafe seating)

  • Prompt Arrival: Please be mindful of your reservation time. Your session will begin and end at the scheduled times, even if you arrive late. This allows us to properly clean and prepare the space for our next group of guests and ensures everyone gets their full, purrfect experience

  • Age Policy: For the safety and comfort of all, each child between 3-12 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult.

  • For the Cats' Comfort: To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that you refrain from running or making loud noises. Please be gentle with our cats—let them approach you, and avoid waking sleeping cats, picking them up, or pulling their tails.

  • Food & Drink: To keep our cat room a clean and safe space, we kindly ask that all food and drinks remain in the café area.

  • Upon Arrival: For the health of our cats, please sanitize your hands at our station, remove footwear and wear the disposable shoe covers or slides that are provided before entering.

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change! To serve all our guests fairly, we have the following policies:

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session by creating an account on the website. Click "manage your booking" to  reschedule 24 hours before the reservation time.  

  • Cancellations & Refunds: For a full refund, please email your cancellation request to info@purrfectcafe.ca or call 9052521188 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Please be sure to include your reservation details. Missed reservations and cancellations not within the 24hour notice will not be refunded.
